FYI: Tilapia can cause Cancer?

Some researchers believe that eating farm raised fishes like Tilapia can be unhealthy and can cause cancer due to the unhealthy way of cultivating it.


Being affordable and easy to eat because of having a boneless skin that makes Tilapia one of the favorite fishes of Filipinos.


A “wild” tilapia eats algae and natural plants, but this is far more different than the “farm” raised tilapia.

Diets of farm-raised fishes sometimes holds GMO corn, soy pellets and chicken droppings.

Likewise tilapia’s body may contain pesticides and a high dose of Dioxin that is dangerous to human body once consumed.


That’s why most of their proteins are lost and can have unbalanced Omega 3 to Omega 6 and can be harmful because of methods.
