- Stress Belly Fat. Even if you exercise regularly and eat healthy diet, if your lifestyle is full of stress, you can still get that belly fat. Why? Because every time you have a nerve-racking day, your body adapts to it by producing adrenalines to cope up with that demand which will make you very hungry. This is what people call – stress eating. So how to prevent stress induced belly fat? After a busy and stressful day, try to walk. Walking is a very effective stress reliever. In addition to that, how very busy you are, don’t skip meals and avoid drinking coffee, soft drinks and junk foods.
- Low Belly Fat. This is common to people who eats a lot and do not do any exercise. So get rid of this, do regular moderate-intensity exercise, eat a well-balanced diet. Moreover, add digestive herbs and tea like fennel seeds, ginger, cinnamon, and peppermint on your diet.
- Bloated Belly. There are some foods that contribute to belly fats. Sugar alcohol like soda, soft drinks, and tonic if consumed in large quantities, can lead to bloated belly. Ice creams, hotdogs, and white pasta are also considered as waistline bloaters. Bottom line is, avoid excessive food intakes. And don not forget to do proper exercise.
